Visiting Artist at the Cowmead Allotments in Oxford making paintings, paper pulp works and photographs.

Forthcoming publication

Artist in the Garden: Janet Boulton with the garden historian Jessie Sheeler.

An account of 30 years painting gardens and the way in which this has influenced her own garden at Spring Road, Abingdon, Oxon.

The gardens she has made a special long term study of include Rosemary Verey's Barnsley House Glos; Sir Harold Acton's Villa la Pietra (now NYU Florence); Ian and Sue Finlay's Little Sparta in Scotland and currently the allotments in Oxford courtesy of the Cowmead Allotment Association.

Visiting the Garden at Spring Road

The Garden at Spring Road is open to very small groups of people mid-May to mid-October by appointment.
